Court changes due to Harvey

Harvey caused Courts to change their hours and locations.

Harris County Courts have changed hours for docket calls because of Harvey.  Courts are sharing courtroom space with other courts. Docket call start times will be staggered to ease crowding in the courthouse. Compounding the problem is the fact that not all of the elevators to the upper floors are working.

Call the clerk of the courtwhere you have a setting to ask for start times and locations until further notice.  Leave early for court and allow enough time to clear the lines at the courthouse entry and to get an elevator to floors above 8.

Criminal courts have moved to other locations around the Civil Courthouse, including the Civil Courthouse. [email protected] will try to keep you updated on court events.  713-929-2242

Hear From Our Clients

"Grimm Collections utilized Mr. W. Tyler Moore for a very complicated matter of litigation regarding non-payment of freight invoices to one of our clients local to the Houston area. I’ve worked with many attorneys throughout the United States on many litigation matters and the biggest deficiencies are lack of industry knowledge and poor communication/follow up.." - D.M.
